Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Monin, a service for organizing and sharing expense information. By signing in or using Monin, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using Monin
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate information. Keep your Google account secure and do not let another person use your Monin session. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account.
Your content and shared access
You retain ownership of the expense information and other content you enter. You give Monin permission to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. When you invite a contributor or observer, the information you share may be visible to that person. Only invite people you trust, and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not use Monin to:
- break the law, infringe rights, or impersonate another person;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls;
- probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service; or
- store content that is abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Financial information disclaimer
Monin is an organizational tool, not a bank, payment service, accountant, or financial adviser. Amounts, summaries, and charts are based on the information entered by users and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking records and making your own financial decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Monin available and accurate, but the service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We may add, remove, or change features and will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Termination and deletion
You can stop using Monin and request account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is retained and deleted.
Disclaimers and liability
Monin is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Monin is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, financial decisions, or issues caused by information supplied by users or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
